In the Phone settings page, tap the Respond with Text option under the Calls section. 5. The three “Respond With” messages are displayed. Tap on one of the responses. 6. Create your customized message. Say anything you like. 7. Tap on the Enter/Return button to save changes.
Simply speak into your phone or computer while recording a greeting with your business phone service. If you need to create your own audio file, the voice memo app on your phone should do fine.

Being available to answer questions or further negotiate a deal allows your clients to feel secure and more apt to purchase from you. But what if you can’t answer the phone when they call? Make sure you have a voicemail system set up so your clients have the opportunity to leave you a message.
I know you probably thought of this, but did you ever record the message someplace else or possibly have it playing while shooting a home video during a birthday or an anniversary?
