Voicemail greetings can include any information you’d wish to convey, such as special sales, bargains, alternate phone numbers to use, or your company’s normal working hours.

Press # key or hang up after recording greeting, you can view and manage the greeting in Greeting Management tab. Record or upload voicemail greetings for a group voicemail Upload a group voicemail greeting Log in to PBX management portal, go to Call Features > Voicemail > Group Voicemail, edit the desired group voicemail. In the Group Voicemail Greeting section, click Greeting Management. In the pop-up window, click Upload. Select an audio file to upload.
.Oh - if anyone is still curious: I recorded the greeting via the phones custom greeting function, then called to listen to it from another phone, then turned off the phone and called again. Same message. I had wondered if just maybe the phone played the message when on, and the carrier played the message when the phone was unreachable.
