I want to use a downloaded custom MP3 file as my custom greeting. Is there a way to transfer it into the file or do I have to just re-record it by hitting record while the MP3 file plays off of another device?

Why would you remove support for this? I'm completely amazed. I thought my old custom greeting got lost during an update but not to have a BASIC feature that has been available since Skype's inception is just foolish. I now can't change my message if I'm on vacation or travelling on business or anything. This is a major step backwards in terms of functionality. Important note: If your file is not an mp3, do not change the file extension to "mp3". This doesn't make it an mp3, it makes it a fake mp3 and will cause serious problems.
