On the Phone tab, click the voicemail icon below the dial pad, and then click Change Greetings. Skype for Business calls your voicemail and guides you to record a personal greeting.

A name recording is the most basic way to personalize your voicemail box. It inserts your name into the default unavailable greeting: “The person at mailbox [four-digit voicemail box number] is unavailable. Please leave your message after the tone. When done, hang up or press the pound key.” Dial *98 on your OnSIP-registered phone. Enter your voicemail box number. Enter the PIN/password for your voicemail box. Press 0 for voicemail box options. 3. AT&T Voicemail Viewer. In case you still have a landline phone with voice mail function, AT&T Voicemail Viewer will help you even remotely track calls and messages.
Rules are listed in the order applied, so select the rule you want to move up or down in the order and click the arrows.
Here comes the bad news: I have a few complaints about the app, most of which could ultimately be resolved in a software update. The first is the voices, as I’ve already said. Secondly, the app UI isn’t all that smooth. I found myself tapping buttons three or four times before I got a response, and that was over a pretty solid WiFi connection. Luckily, little stuff like that can be fixed in an update, and we hope that the folks at Orange Vallée get that cleaned up soon.
