Play on phone enables you to play your voice mail messages over a telephone using the phone number you specify.
From the Skype for Business desktop app (if you are running Click-2-Run build C2R 8201.1002 or later), select Set Up Voice Mail. Change your Call Answering Rules You can change what options your callers have when they reach the voicemail service; get disconnected, hear your greeting, record a message, choose to be transferred to the number or user you select. Configure your Out of Office greeting This is the customized greeting message that is played to callers when your status is Out of Office. Verizon only: Unfortunately, if you have set up the voicemail successfully but still unable to change the greetings of Voicemail from the Voicemail tab, then dial *86 and select option 4 to make a change. Step #1: Launch the “Phone” app on your iPhone. Step #2: Tap “Voicemail”. Step #3: Select “Greeting” on the upper-left corner of the screen. Step #4: In case, you are also using eSIM then select the second network to change voicemail greetings. Step #5: Select “Custom”. From here you can record a greeting. Step #6: Tap “Record”.
