8.) Welcome to the Service Department of the John Doe. Unfortunately, all lines are busy at the moment. Please leave a message after the tone with your name and phone number. We will call you back as soon as possible. We wish you a nice day.
While recording, it is a good idea to keep the iPhone voicemail message short. Ideally do not make callers listen to you for more than 25 seconds.
1. Tap the fixed key with the envelope graphic, or dial the phone’s phone number.
Voicemail messages complete your professional image. Whether you are using your cell phone as a mobile office or desire a unified sound for all of your employees, voicemail greetings recorded by a professional voice over talent provide the missing element.
Magnificent web site. Plenty of useful info here. I am sending it to a few buddies ans additionally sharing in delicious. And certainly, thanks to your effort!
2. Once there, tap on "Greeting" in the top-left corner. Your iPhone will take a few moments to fetch and load your current voicemail greeting, which you can play using the controls in the middle of the page.
7. “Hi, you’ve reached [your name] at [your company]. Sorry I missed your call. I’m especially busy today, but if you leave me your name, phone number, and a brief message, I’ll get back to you within the day. Chat soon!” Your callers want to hear from you soon. Calling back within the business day lets them know you’re reliable despite how busy you are.
We are hoping this can be done before the outgoing message is accidentally deleted.
Yes, though if there's no preexisting greeting the GUI won't detect it if placed in the filesystem. I suspect a database entry is needed for the GUI to "see" the greeting. As a workaround a greeting could be recorded (so that the database entry is present) and the file replaced, but that's getting to be quite a task end-to-end. Also I don't know if the database stores the length of the recordings, which could be problematic during playback if the original and replacement audio files are different lengths. I will do some testing. Thanks. Aug 16, 2018 #4
The rates provided are general rates and provide a guideline as to what your voice over will cost. If you have a budget for your project that doesn’t seem to line up with the rates posted, please don’t just move on to another talent or venue for your voice over work.
Hello, you have reached the dental office of Dr. X. We are busy assisting a patient now, but will call you back as soon as possible. Please leave your name, reason for calling, and your number. If this is an urgent enquiry, please call 911. In this case, the dentist is giving a reason for not being available and they’re providing a way to prioritize the patients who need the most help. They’re also leaving an emergency number for the most severe of situations.
Standard order delivery is 3-4 business days. 1-2 (business) day Rush Delivery* also available at an additional price.

SFTP or SCP will do the job. I don't think there is a way to do it through the GUI. Aug 16, 2018 #3
