I am told by my lawyers that the likelihood of a second RFE is "very slim". This is because apparently, USCIS will only send RFE if they dont have some information about you such as where you work and such. Overall with complete patience, managed to come into the country with approval after 4 hours. Whatever may be the outcome, it will be either better or lot better than current condition atleast in illegals case.
