Another great thing you can do in your voicemail messages is to leave a few spaces for your prospects to record their message, most of the prospects will do it because they know they will be reached out sooner given the situation of their need.

Avoid using ‘please’ more than once, it gets wordy and redundant. The goal is to keep the content as concise as possible, moving callers quickly and seamlessly through the options.
Your personal greeting lets callers know that they have reached the correct mailbox and hear a brief message from you. To record your personal greeting: Connect to your mailbox. The system responds with the status of any messages in your mailbox and prompts you with the Main Menu selections. Press 4, Setup Options. Press 1, Change Your Greeting. Press 1 to re-record your greeting. Record your greeting at the tone. Press # after recording your personal greeting. The system plays back your recording for your review. There is no definitive answer here, but you should include one of the two at the beginning of your message based on what makes the most sense.
