13. Hello, you’ve reached [business name]. All of our team members are busy at the moment, but if you leave a brief message, someone will return your call as soon as possible.

"You didn't even need a survey because that's how the world is changing these days," Wexler says.
How many times have you gone through the following scenario: While working with a customer or engaged on an important call, you receive a new voicemail. You listen to the message, hoping to understand the caller’s name and issue correctly. And when the caller whizzes through the digits of their callback number faster than you can write, you have to go through the entire message again. Once this exercise has been completed, you call the person back, only to get their voicemail.
Pro Tip: Smile while you’re recording your greeting and your voice will sound pleasant.

11. Hello, you’ve reached [your name]’s cell phone. I can’t take your call at the moment, but if you leave a brief message, I’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.

@Fa5t3r - I would try a wide range of different tones when recording and play them back to see what goes over the best and what projects the image you want people to hear. Remember that some people may be going to hear this message over and over again depending on how often they have to call you so you want it to be very pleasant and not at all irritating.
For many businesses and professionals, your voicemail greeting is going to be the first point-of-contact for your customers. This is especially true for service businesses, who often rely on their voicemail to collect information from interested parties.
Our TIP: Our prompts configurator helps you find the right voice and also helps you with text suggestions, selection of music and speakers demos. With just a few clicks, you can compile your selection or desired prompt(s) and send it to us. Voicemail Greetings are the most used telephone messages. The opening hours should be called and maybe your website and/or email address.
