22. "Hi, you've reached [your name, the office of X company]. We're closed until [date]. Please leave your name and phone number and someone will return your call ASAP. Have a great [New Year's, Fourth of July, etc.]."

The last few years have seen a huge rise in the use of automated voicemails and auto-attendant greetings. This has been especially true for the business sector, where professionals should record friendly and polite voicemails to greet their customer callers.
Voicemail is what gets heard each time a call is missed, whether it be a customer, employee, supplier or potential new cleaning customer. This is a great opportunity for you to market your cleaning business without being obtrusive or too salesy. Just provide whoever is on the other end of the line with all the information they could need and they’ll appreciate you for it.
You may also not always want to pick up the phone when you do not recognize the number, or the number is withheld.
Professional — Lets them know who they’ve reached, why their call has not been answered and when they can expect a return call.Personable — Lets them know their message has been received by a real person who values their call and will reach back out to them. Including humor and a personal touch is extremely important here (even if your industry prefers to be more “robotic” in their communications). What is the most professional voicemail message?
23. "Happy holidays! [I'm, the team at X company is] away until [date]. We'll make sure to call you back straight away when we return. If your request is urgent, email [emergency contact] at [email address]. Thanks, and have a wonderful day."
Doing this helps you understand what the prospects are looking for and what they are expecting from you which will in turn help you to cater to them better.
You may be tempted to just record the message and be done with it. Remember, however, that this message will potentially leave a lasting impression on first-time callers. Take a little time to practice your speech, pronunciation, and tone of voice. You want to sound your best!
Smiling while you record your voicemail message can actually be heard on the other end of the line. People speak differently when they’re smiling and callers can tell if you’re unhappy. When you greet someone in person, it is usually done with a smile so your voicemail greeting should be no different.
6.) Bonjour et bienvenue chez l’AG de John Doe – Agence d’échantillons de produit. Malheureusement, toutes nos lignes sont occupées en ce moment. Réessayez plus tard ou restez en ligne. Merci, votre équipe John Doe.
