3. Create a subaccount. From the Account Overview page, select (+) from the My digital phone section. Select Manage my plan. From the My Phone Service page, scroll to My voicemail and select Create or manage voicemail accounts.
What kind of company do you run? A law firm may prefer more formal business voicemail greetings than a trendy retail store, for example.

Whether you include your mission statement, some fun personal details, or a favorite quote, making your voicemail greeting personal is a great way to set your business apart. Write down what you're going to say, but try to avoid reading it verbatim as you record, or it may start sounding robotic and rehearsed.
