When someone reaches your voicemail, it’s important that you help them confirm that they have reached the right person by providing all of the relevant information that they will need. Who have they reached? Did they contact the right person and the right business? Should they leave a message? When will you get back to them? Is there a better time for them to call?
You can change your PIN and change your greeting or mailbox name any time. Just access your mailbox and follow the prompts.
A voice mailbox is typically associated with a telephone number. When the number is called, and the line is busy or not answered, the caller hears an outgoing Greeting recorded by you and is given instructions for leaving a message.
You can create a list of up to 32 phone numbers and have them forwarded to another phone number, voice mail or do-not-disturb announcement.
There is no definitive answer here, but you should include one of the two at the beginning of your message based on what makes the most sense.

When you get a voicemail, you can check your message from the notification on your phone. Swipe down from the top of the screen.
