Set up call forwarding To start forwarding your calls, click your profile picture at the top of Teams, then select Settings > Calls. Under Call answering rules, choose Forward my calls, and then select where you want your forwarded calls to go: voicemail, another person, or a call group.
It can be quick and easy. “Thank you for calling Davissa Phone Systems.” If you identify your voicemail right away, people will feel more confident in leaving their message, knowing it’s going to the right place.

Instant Messaging. We provide you with instant messaging services through Skype for Business, Webex, and Cisco Jabber platforms. These services allow you to collaborate with colleagues via chat or share files in real time.
Solution: Make it easier for callers to reach a real person. For example, if you have multiple phone lines, Spectrum Business Voice offers you the option of setting up an auto-attendant that answers your business phone and provides callers with a menu of options—such as particular employees or departments. This way, callers are more likely to reach the people who can help them. A hunt group is another voicemail feature: If one employee does not answer their phone, it redirects calls to another phone line in your business and can keep trying all the lines you have. It will only direct calls to voicemail if no one answers their line.
