For instructions on setting-up and listening to voicemail on Skype for Business select the following options: Set-up Voice Mail Listen to Voice Mail in Skype for Business Listen to Voice Mail in Outlook SFB Voice Access Commands Using Your Skype for Business Phone Click the Keypad icon. Calling back within the business day lets them know you’re reliable despite how busy you are.
Some Cox Voice customers have caller id masking which displays a different phone number for caller ID than the connected phone line. One example might be when a CEO makes a call from his private line, the caller ID number displays as the main office number rather than the number on his desk. If we have caller id masking on our lines, how does it impact our ability to use Cox Voice Mail?
If you know your PIN and simply want to change it, dial *98 from your home phone and enter your PIN. Then, from the main menu, do the following: For security options, press 3 To change your PIN, press 1 Enter your new PIN (4-15 digits) To confirm, enter your new PIN again

Setting Up Voicemail with AT&T Activate your phone. Make sure you set up your voicemail within 60 days of plan activation. Press down the number 1 on your mobile phone. Choose a 4 to 15-digit number to serve as your password. Record your personal voicemail greeting with the next prompt.

Open your phone’s voicemail app, then tap (or in some cases, tap and hold) the message you want to save. You should be presented with a list of options; the save option will usually be listed as “save”, “save to phone,” “archive,” or something similar.
