This allows you to log in and change your PIN, record your name, implement preferred settings, familiar yourself with the new key presses, verify distribution lists and record other greetings. You can also erase any of your existing recordings associated with your voicemail box. To delete your name recording, unavailable greeting, or temporary greeting: Dial *98 on your OnSIP-registered phone. Enter your voicemail box number. Enter the PIN/password for your voicemail box. Press 0 for voicemail box options. Press 1 for unavailable greeting, 2 for your name, or 3 for temporary greeting. Press 2 to delete the existing recording on file.

The above eight rules of engagement for voicemail greetings may sound easy enough, but they’ll require some practice to get just right. Let’s look at some examples to provide some context in how to apply the rules to various types of greetings and situations.
The unavailable message is the standard greeting callers hear when they reach your voicemail box. It is the greeting that you can use consistently throughout the work year.
To set up voice mail, tap the Phone icon, tap the Voicemail icon and then "Greeting.". There are two options available: Default and Custom. If voice mail hasn't been set up previously on your phone, Default is selected, which means people will hear your wireless carrier's generic voice mail greeting when they call you.
Use your 10-digit business phone number and the 6-digit numeric PIN associated with your Messaging mailbox during the setup process. After you've installed the Voicemail Viewer app, open it to access your voicemail messages.
