In today’s digital-first world, it can be extremely easy to treat things like your business voicemail as an afterthought. Your voicemail has the potential to communicate so much more effectively than its digital counterpart.
To maintain a seamless voice mail experience, follow instructions in the voice mail reminders and the direct mail letter. (Note: You will need to renew and document existing voice mail messages.)
A good way to do this is to maybe add, “Have a wonderful day” at the end of the greeting. It’s short, so it won’t contradict the first point, and it makes the message more personal.

Grasshopper is a VoIP service, which means that they offer, aside from voicemail greetings, general phone services and such. When it comes to voicemail greetings in particular, Grasshopper allows you to either have actors read your script for you, or for you to make and edit your own recordings in their Voice Studio.
