Go to the Settings app, switch Airplane Mode to off, then switch it back on 30 seconds later. If that doesn’t work, go to Settings > General > Reset and select Reset Network Settings. 2. Straight To The Point Voicemail Greetings. (Insert name) is either away from their desk or on another call. Leave your name, number, and a brief message and (insert name) will return your call within (insert timeframe.)
A word of warning: These greetings will not do you any favors if you’re in the midst of a job hunt or work in a conservative industry. Always remember your target personas. Voice mail allows business professionals access to messages -- even when they're away from the office. A call to any business or home used to mean one of three things -- an answer, a busy signal or endless, unanswered ringing. Increasingly, it now means an encounter with voice mail.
Put yourself in your listener’s shoes. Have you ever tried listening to someone on the phone who’s just talking so fast? Apart from not understanding what they have to say, you could also be tempted to just cut the call and drop it. Or, it becomes an inconvenience to your listeners for them to have to rewind your message frequently just to understand the message.
Select Digital Phone or wireless. Voicemail service allows you to receive messages in a personal voicemail box where you can easily listen to, save or erase your messages. If you have new messages, you'll hear an intermittent dial tone when you pick up your phone. If your phone has a message indicator light, it'll blink when you have new messages.

If someone takes the time to call and leave you a voice message, they usually have a reason that they are calling. It does convey a certain level of interest when someone is willing to hop on the phone with you. If they were less interested, they would probably send you an email or fill out a form on your website.
