To record a new voicemail greeting, click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of your screen and select "Voice Settings.". Go to the "Voicemail & Text" tab to view your voicemail settings. Click "Record New," which may also say "Record New Message Using Phone.".

After moving to a new phone number, this message began to show on my Panasonic phone system. This is a Panasonic problem, NOT a phone company problem. I have contacted my phone company, my voicemail messaging is turned off. I can temporarily delete the phone "voicemail message" message by pushing down the # key and holding it for a few seconds.
Generally, people that call and leave messages are more likely to be ideal customers of your business. Your voicemail message is often not much more than a formality to the person calling. Your message is a period of time that they are forced to wait through in order to do what they called to do in the first place — relay information to you.
