That’s why a script is so helpful. Wondering why prospects aren’t leaving messages if you don’t answer right away, or what all of those missed calls are?
Tap “Call Settings,” and then tap “Voicemail Settings.” Tap “Voicemail Number.” Type the voicemail number into the box or edit the existing voicemail number. Tap “OK” to save your changes. Tap on Call settings and select Voicemail. Tap on Voicemail service and select My carrier or My operator. Tap on Setup, select Voicemail number and type in your voicemail number. Tap on OK in the Voicemail number changed popup.
3. Answering Services Script. Thank you for calling [Company Name]. If you hear this message, you are calling outside regular business hours, which are 8:00 a.m.
Just downloaded DiskAid and am not finding the data I need to perform this operation. Is it in “Voicemail” or under the “File System”>”Media”>”Recordings”? So far I’m not seeing that DiskAid recognizes the “Greeting.amr”

Leave your name, number and the reason for your call and we’ll get back to you ASAP! Thanks for calling.” Everyone deserves a break. Let your callers know although you might be enjoying one too, that their needs are important.
To set up your voicemail, press *98 from your home phone or call the retrieval number you received with your welcome letter. Voice prompts will guide you through the rest of the steps.

“Hey, there! This is [your name]. Please leave me a message with your name, number, and the reason you’re calling. If you also tell me [insert random fact] I’ll be sure to move you to the top of my call list. Have a great day!”
Do they want to sit through an IVR menu that may or may not direct them to the right person? Do they know you’re a one-man/woman team and there’s no reason to sit through a menu? Skip the menu entirely and let them leave a message as quickly as possible. There’s no reason to add any additional steps or make your customers go through leaps and hurdles to leave a simple voicemail. When you identify what your customers’ pain points are, you make it much easier to determine what you want them to do to save everyone from the unnecessary stress.
These are just a few ideas to get the gears turning. These are simple examples, but don’t be afraid to show a little personality.
