7. Explain when you expect to return calls. This is crucial. Instead of telling clients that you'll return their call when you have time, tell them when you return calls.
Your voicemail is set up with a default greeting, but you can record a personal greeting any time you want.

This is great. I dialed a fake number, recorded it telling the numbers are incorrect or not in service, and used that as my greeting. And with iBlacklist you can put unknown callers to the greeting without it ringing
