Another great thing you can do in your voicemail messages is to leave a few spaces for your prospects to record their message, most of the prospects will do it because they know they will be reached out sooner given the situation of their need.
If you’re going to be out of the office on holidays or vacations, make that known in your voicemail so customers don’t think they’re getting ignored. Nothing is more frustrating to a customer than when they can’t reach you and assume you’re ignoring them.

The second example lets the caller know that there will be a delayed response time. This keeps the caller from thinking you're negligent in returning his or her call.
