Hi, you have reached (names) voicemail. If you want money or to sell us something, we a) gave at the office, b) already have it, or c) don’t want it. If you are a friend, trying to give us money or just want to talk, then leave a message or try my cell phone number.
Lastly, thank the caller and reassure them that their phone call will be responded to as soon as possible.
1. Actually Write a Script! Whether you are a solo therapist recording a voicemail greeting, or you have a whole office and need a system message, don't just wing it!
Voicemail Script #10: Uncovering Competitor Info. When it comes to sales voicemail scripts, even the smallest details of a message significantly impact the response rates. You can rely on the specific info available on the prospect’s competitors to incite a response. This voicemail script does the magic for organizations in a competitive market.
