“Hello ____. This is _____ again, calling from ______. I ran across some information on a client who made dozens of offers on houses before someone finally accepted one of them. We learned a lot from the experienced and I successfully used the findings to help other homebuyers make bids that were accepted early in the house hunting process. I thought I would share it with you in hopes of saving you time and making it easier for you to purchase the home of your dreams. I’ll email you the information. Give me a call if you would like to review it together. Thank you.”

In the past it sometimes used to be that people were charged to retrieve voicemail, but I get the feeling that isn't it in this case. So I'm curious.

State your name clearly so the caller knows they have the right number. 3 of the messages I heard last month were missing his/her name.
This should be done by providing the department name as well as the person’s name answering the call. This also allows the caller to note who they left a message with.
8. Hello, you’ve reached [your name], [your job title] at [your company]. I’m sorry for missing your call, but if you leave a message that includes your name and contact information, I’ll get in touch as soon as I can.
I personally hate leaving voicemail messages because more times than not, I never hear back from the person I left a message with.
Insurance agents have to deal with large numbers of clients almost all through the year. So, they are extremely busy and cannot take calls of clients. For them resorting to voicemail messages become inevitable. Here is one instance of VOIP phone service for businesses like this:
With the increasing number of businesses engaged in fraudulent activity and personal identity theft, it is no wonder why people are too concerned about who they are dealing business with. There are a lot of things that you can possible do in order to project the perfect image your company needs. From having a professionally looking website up to an appealing office in a great location, the companies that consider growing the client base seriously will do anything they can. But there’s one thing they often miss or really don’t consider: A professionally sounding voicemail greeting.
The problem with all of this is the potential impact it has on the customer experience. For a church that could be a member, volunteer, potential visitor or vendor.
