Greetings can be changed using any telephone, or from the Personal Communications Assistant using a desktop computer; However, departmental mailboxes and those assigned to labs and general spaces must be updated using a telephone.

You will then receive a price, if over the 100 words, or be billed the one-time $49 (or $99 for on-hold announcements), and your voiceover files will be sent by email once completed.
If you like to keep things simple, opt for a basic greeting. Most voicemail options allow you to record just your name, which lets callers know they’ve reached the right person.
